Shop Smarter ApS has launched the Shop Smarter app, designed to facilitate savings for consumers while shopping.

What is Shop Smarter?

Shop Smarter represents a noteworthy advancement in customer and loyalty programs, enabling users to earn BonusPoints and save money without juggling multiple plastic cards. The app consolidates various loyalty programs in one convenient location, eliminating the need for separate membership cards for each establishment. Given that mobile devices are typically always carried, Shop Smarter ensures a quick and effortless experience.

Retailers across the country can register on the platform, allowing users to collect all their loyalty points in one place.

The app is exceptionally user-friendly, allowing users to seamlessly navigate and locate exactly what they need with minimal effort.

With Shop Smarter, users earn BonusPoints with every purchase made at participating stores. These BonusPoints can then be redeemed for purchases at affiliated retailers, effectively providing monetary savings.

Shop Smarter is available nationwide, ensuring that users can find nearby stores where they can earn BonusPoints and save money.

What are BonusPoints?

BonusPoints are accumulated with each transaction in participating establishments. Each retailer independently determines the percentage of points awarded per transaction. For example, if a store offers a 5% savings rate and a customer spends 100 DKK, they will earn 5 BonusPoints. Each BonusPoint is equivalent to 1 DKK, meaning that in this instance, the 5 BonusPoints would be valued at 5 DKK.

Where can I earn BonusPoints?

BonusPoints can be earned at all participating stores and businesses. Any retailer in Denmark has the opportunity to register with Shop Smarter and create their own customer loyalty program. Stores are organized within the app based on postal codes under the "Find Store" section. Additionally, businesses may collaborate to form a communal loyalty club for their area, allowing customers the possibility of earning BonusPoints for both individual stores and collective community programs.

How do I receive my BonusPoints?

If you shop at an establishment where payment is made immediately, simply request your BonusPoints from the cashier. The attendant will need your mobile number to transfer the points to you. Conversely, if services like painting are rendered by a Shop Smarter participant, you will receive an invoice for that work. Once the invoice is settled, you can navigate to "Request Points" within the app. There, you select the corresponding business, input the invoice number and amount, and submit your request. The business will then have the opportunity to approve your request, resulting in your BonusPoints being credited to your account.
